TORO Y MOI
Toro Y Moi, Franklin Music Hall, Philadelphia, PA. 2/15/25.
Toro y Moi, joined by opener Panda Bear, played to a packed house at Franklin Music Hall.
Toro y Moi’s Chaz Bear performed with three band members. The stage setup was simple but effective. They all were armed with synths and other instruments, facing each other in the middle of the stage. When Chaz wanted to connect with the audience, he had tons of space to move around. When he was done, he would head back to his designated spot.
The whole show was action packed with energy. Between the lights, the synth, and the visuals, there wasn’t a moment without something going on. Toro y Moi was on tour promoting their new album, Hole Earth.
