THE BEACHES
The Beaches, The Fillmore, Charlotte, NC. 9/30/24.
As a concert photographer, capturing The Beaches at The Fillmore in Charlotte, NC, was an exhilarating experience. The energy radiating from the stage was amazing, making it easy to snap cool shots. The band opened with a punchy track that had the crowd immediately engaged, and the vibrant lights added a dynamic backdrop to their high-energy performance.
Jordan Miller’s magnetic presence stole the spotlight with her expressive movements and energy. Each member brought their own flair, with bassist Leandra Earl's infectious enthusiasm lighting up the stage. I was particularly drawn to the moments of interaction between the band and the audience—those candid smiles and shared laughter made for some of my favorite shots.
The Fillmore's intimate setting allowed for striking close-ups, capturing the raw emotion of the performance. The mix of colors from the stage lights created an electric atmosphere, enhancing the visual storytelling of the concert. Overall, The Beaches not only delivered a stellar show but also provided a photographer's dream show, resulting in a collection of images that truly reflect their vibrant energy and undeniable talent.
