MAYDAY PARADE
Mayday Parade: Mann Center, Philadelphia, PA. 7/11/23.
Seeing Mayday Parade’s name listed on Yellowcard’s 20th anniversary of Ocean Avenue was very exciting because I’ve always been a big fan of the band. There were a ton of Mayday Parade fans in the crowd and this had to be the set that had the most crowd surfing throughout the show. Being the opener we sadly only got to hear 8 songs but it was a jam packed set list starting with “Oh Well, Oh Well”. After they played a crowd favorite of “Miserable at Best” they had everyone wish Derek a happy 37th birthday. The show closed out with them playing their all time hit “Jamie All Over” which everyone in the crowd was singing along to as the crowd surfers made there way over the audience.
