One night in Tinseltown with Ceramic Animal was an incredible holiday show filled with lots of surprise songs. The band came out to the show all in Christmas sweaters over their white suits and battled to see who could keep it on the longest in the already super warm venue. Another great outfit was the lead guitarist who sported a Santa Claus beard for the entire duration of the show. They played John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s “War is over” as well as their own Christmas song “Santa Please Spare My Wife” which had the crowd laughing along to the lyrics. The highlight of their Christmas covers though was when they played Saturday Night Live’s “I Wish It Was Christmas Today”. This show was the perfect way to get into the Christmas and New Year spirit.
