GOGOL BORDELLO

Gogol Bordello: Brooklyn Bowl, Philadelphia, PA. 12/27/23.

There's a few constants in any Gogol Bordello Show:

1) You're automatically a part of singer Eugene Hutz' movement, even if you aren't quite sure what that is

2) You're going to engage in some combination of dance moshing (no one is hurting each other, but you're still letting each other know you're there)

Philly's Brooklyn Bowl show was no exception. The entire crowd grinned from ear to ear while watching Hutz put on a masterclass of a high energy, theatrical show. Between playing the hits, new songs, accordion solos, pouring beer on the crowd - these shows keep you on your toes, whether you're dancing or not.

"Fire on Ice Floe" was a standout & marks a common theme among Gogol Bordello shows. Even if you don't know athe songs ahead of time, there's plenty of easy singalongs to keep you glued to the stage.
