Start Making Sense at Brooklyn Bowl
I’m not usually into the tribute band thing…at all. But since we’re never going to see the Talking Heads live again, I wanted to give this a go. From the beginning to the end of the set, lead singer Jon Braun did a spot-on David Byrne, absolutely doing the band justice. From the big suit to running in place, Braun and his band flew through the iconic Talking Heads moves while playing all the hits and keeping the sold out crowd dancing all night. Later on in the evening, they were joined by openers Ocean Avenue Stompers and local legend Nik Greeley to close out the night.
