LADY HD
Lady HD at Silk City Diner.
If you ever see a band you like going to Silk City Diner you have to go because it is one of the coolest places in Philadelphia to take in a show. Luckily for me one of my favorite Philly bands Lady HD was playing alongside Air is Human. Lady HD is a psychedelic funk band that really brings a fun funky vibe. Right from the start they played some of their great hit songs like “Whatever Comes Next”, “Inca Queen” and “Relax”. The crowd filled with Philly musicians was loving every moment of it. Lead singer Ciaran Wall was all over the stage ripping guitar solos with the light hitting his guitar in a cool way lighting it up red and orange. Bassist Jonathan Behar was in his usual power stance laying down some amazing bass riffs. After an amazing set Air is Human came on stage and jammed the rest of the night away with some heavy guitar solos and amazing vocals from Mo Lowda’s Jeff Lucci. When the show was over everyone talked about what an amazing show it was and how they looked forward to seeing both of these bands again.
