Sunroom at the Foundry
On a rainy Halloween Monday night Sun Room had a show at the Foundry. Their opener Rebounder came out on stage with some quick costumes they picked up for the holiday and played a great set. When Sun Room came out there was a surprising full crowd for a holiday/Monday but the Sun Room faithful showed out. Each member of the band was dressed in a skeleton costume and full skeleton face paint which made for a super cool set. They opened up with “Fun, “Sunset Blvd”, and “Crashed My Bike” and played crowd favorites “Clementine” and “Something That You’re Missing”. The highlight of the set was when they got everyone in the Halloween spirit and played “The Monster Mash”. They finished their set by playing “Summer’s Here” but the crowd jumped and screamed for an encore so the band came back out and played them “Red Dress”. It was a spooky Halloween set indeed.
