Neil Frances at the Foundry.
This was a show for the ages. I had heard a few Neil Frances songs before going to the show and really liked their vibe but didn’t know how it would be live and was worried it could be too digital. Right from the start the band showed it was not going to be this way and they had the crowd dancing and jumping up and down the entire time. They played all of their hits including “Teardrops”, “She’s just the Type of Girl” and my personal favorite “Dumb Love”. The highlight of the set was when they told the people controlling the lights to turn them all off and they used their own lighting which were these really cool lantern looking lights. Once they did that it felt like a rave and that got the crowd having even more fun. Even the people working security were dancing along. This was definitely one of the best shows of 2022!
