“Chocolate City” the crowd chanted at the behest of Georgia’s own Big Boi as he closed out his show at The Bullpen in D.C’s Navy Yard. Capping off a beautiful night to kick off summer complete with a rich setlist including prominent classics. Being one half of legendary Outkast there was plenty to work with. Big Boi did not disappoint bringing the energy to a devoted crowd as well as drawing attention from the nearby rooftops! The atmosphere was nothing short of a party, with everyone finding their groove and belting out lyrics to hit songs. The Bullpen is a great place to experience a show and a go to spot for this summer make sure to check out their diverse catalog of events and experience a night under the sky.
