Beach Weather, The Masquerade, Atlanta, GA. 3/13/24.
Beach Weather brought their Pineapple Sunrise tour to Atlanta, GA on March 13th at The Masquerade in downtown Atlanta. The show opened up with Rec Hall and Phoneboy, who were both incredibly talented bands.
Beach Weather came on and their set design was beautiful. Filled with palm trees, flowers, candles, lamps, and an elaborate neon sign illuminating “Pineapple Sunrise.”
Beach Weather asked who had seen them perform live before and 80% of the audience screamed. Nick Santino, the lead vocalist, and guitarist, mentioned them performing at the Shaky Knees Music Festival back in May of 2023 and how much fun it was. That was the first time I was able to catch them live.
My favorite part of the show was when Nick would interact with the fans. He gave this girl the microphone during the song “Goddess”, which she nailed! Nick also grabbed some flowers from the stage set and gave them out to fans on the barricade. Seeing the smiles on the fan's faces was priceless!
This show was full of energy and surprises, leaving everyone ecstatic.
