Indie rock band DIIV hit Philly on August 6 at Union Transfer, bringing with them openers Horse Jumper of Love and Full Body 2.

DIIV played from all four of their studio albums, including their newest release Frog In Boiling Water. Their set was broken up into blocks, separated by home-brewed ads for things like merch and a fake Exxon ad. The band played in front of captivating graphics, almost like lyric videos with home movies. 

Horse Jumper of Love opened the show slowly. The band is dark and moody, their style matching the dark blue lights they played under. Around since 2013, the Boston bred slow core band has six studio albums.
